Picked up this up video randomly  on YouTube , gives a general opinion of what most of the teenagers feel about forced advertisement , wether its a random call from a telemarketer who is  probably  selling something that you would not need your entire life or a 15 seconds advertisement video on the internet that has no clue of what's its audience are .

Social media platforms were meant to be created to serve the purpose of interacting with friends , family  and society at large .e.g Facebook, twitter,YouTube. There has been a massive growth in the sector in the past 5 to 10 years due to the fact that these particular platforms are made more easily accessible now for public through their availability on a range of devices and the ease to communicate through them .
I remember when Facebook,YouTube and twitter first gained their popularity , very few people would have imagined that one day you would Have to spend an average of 60 seconds of your life to watch an advertisement  that you have no concern for at all , before actually watching something that you really want to.

Facebook and many other social websites were meant to be a channel of communication between people you know or want to know .

Do you suport the argument that the heaps of advertisment on S.M is because the content is free?
